In the middle of the Knicks’ Finals win, the World Cup bonanza, and everything else happening that weekend, we brought wellness to another level.

Because sometimes you need wellness just as much as you need the wins, the celebrations, and the excitement.

We Came Together

Waves & Wellness started with our sold-out VIP Immersion — bringing people together outside, under the beautiful sun at the gorgeous Whitechapel Projects in Long Branch.

Through sound healing, breathwork, and Reiki, we created a space to slow down, reconnect, and be present — together.

And that feeling carried throughout the entire day.

Community Was at the Center

More than 150 people came together to move through our Holistic Wellness Market, meet new people, support local businesses, discover new wellness practices, and build meaningful connections with 30+ wellness and holistic vendors.

Our three free activations — Pilates, Warrior Yoga, and Embodiment Through Salsa — brought even more energy and opportunities for people to move, connect, and experience wellness together.

It wasn’t just about attending an event.

It was about finding your people.

Creating new connections. Supporting one another. Discovering something new. And remembering that wellness can be a shared experience.

More Than an Event

Waves & Wellness was a powerfully transformative day rooted in community, connection, movement, and high-vibration energy.

We were proud to partner with Self-Care Social and Babes in Business for the second year in a row, continuing to build spaces where wellness, entrepreneurship, local businesses, and community can come together.

Because wellness isn’t something we should save for when life slows down.

It’s what helps us show up for all of it — and it’s better when we do it together.

This is the kind of community we’re here to build.
