Self-Care Social Membership Agreement

By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms:

Membership benefits are available only to the registered member unless otherwise stated.
Memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Member pricing and benefits cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically noted.
Benefits, discounts, and offerings may change as the community grows.
Self-Care Social reserves the right to update membership benefits with reasonable notice.
Members are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow members, vendors, speakers, and event staff.
Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from membership without refund.
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and payment information.
Membership may be canceled at any time, with benefits remaining active through the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

By registering for a Self-Care Social event, you agree to the following:

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Self-Care Social.
Tickets may be transferred to another guest with advance notice.
Event schedules, speakers, vendors, and experiences may change without notice.
Self-Care Social is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Attendees participate in wellness activities at their own discretion and should consult a healthcare provider if they have medical concerns.
Photography and video may be captured during events for marketing purposes. Attendance grants permission for your image to be used unless requested otherwise in writing before the event.
Attendees are expected to treat fellow guests, vendors, speakers, and staff respectfully. Anyone creating an unsafe or disruptive environment may be asked to leave without refund.

By participating as a vendor, you agree to the following:

Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Self-Care Social.
Vendors are responsible for providing all equipment, displays, signage, and materials unless otherwise noted.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, insurance, or certifications required for their products or services.
Setup and breakdown times must be followed according to event instructions.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, professional booth throughout the event.
Self-Care Social is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or equipment.
Vendors agree to conduct business professionally and respectfully with attendees, fellow vendors, and staff.
Vendors may not sell prohibited or illegal products.
Self-Care Social reserves the right to remove vendors displaying inappropriate products or behavior without refund.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are selected to ensure a balanced, high-quality event experience.
By participating, vendors grant permission for photos and videos of their booth to be used in Self-Care Social marketing materials.
