Where It All Began

In January 2023, we hosted our very first Self-Care Social at the beautiful Industrious in Short Hills Mall—and looking back, it’s incredible to see where that first gathering led us.

It was our test. Our first step. The beginning of something we couldn’t fully see yet.

We brought together 15+ incredible holistic and alternative wellness providers to showcase wellness at its source and create a space for connection and discovery. The turnout was unbelievable, with Industrious members joining us for sound healing, breathwork, tarot, acupuncture, massage, juicing, and more.

Some of our original collaborators included A Better Me Juicery, The Curious Heart Shop, Kismet Acupuncture, Cavora Mind & Wellness, and CitiZEN Mobile Massage.

What started as one gathering has continued to grow, evolve, and thrive since 2023. It’s beautiful to look back and see that the little experiment we took a chance on became a growing community rooted in connection, collaboration, and self-care.

Sometimes you just have to start—and look what can happen when you do. 💫
