Nicolette is an Occupational Therapist specializing in women’s health and pelvic floor therapy. She helps women ages 16+ navigate pelvic health through every stage of life—from adolescence and pregnancy to postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause.
Nicolette holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and has completed extensive specialty training in women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation. In 2024, she earned her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC), a specialized credential requiring 2,000 hours of direct patient care before sitting for the exam. She is also a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-200) and Pregnancy and Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES).
Her areas of specialty include pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder and bowel leaks, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, pregnancy and birth preparation, postpartum recovery, C-section recovery, surgical scars, painful sex, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, and core and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Nicolette believes there is no such thing as TMI when it comes to women’s health. Her practice is a judgment-free space where every question is welcome and every concern is valid.
Her approach is patient-centered, meaning each client leads their own care. Treatment moves at their pace, consent is ongoing, and the goal is to help every woman better understand her body, feel confident in her care, and leave each session feeling more empowered than when she walked in.
Outside of the clinic, Nicolette is a reader, cook, beach lover, and mom figuring it out one day at a time.
