Vidhi Shastri

Vidhi Shastri, PT, MS, CFMT, CST-T, is the founder and owner of Retrain Physical Therapy, LLC, a holistic physical therapy practice serving Hoboken, Weehawken, and surrounding New Jersey communities.

Vidhi combines evidence-based physical therapy with Functional Manual Therapy, visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, neural manipulation, fascial work, and integrative manual therapies to help clients address chronic pain, complex injuries, post-surgical recovery, movement limitations, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation.

Originally trained in India, Vidhi earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2009 and her Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from California Baptist University in 2012. She became a Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT) in 2018 and a Technique-Certified Craniosacral Therapy Practitioner (CST-T) in 2025.

Her holistic approach looks beyond symptoms to understand the interconnected musculoskeletal, visceral, fascial, neurological, and nervous systems. Through personalized hands-on care, Vidhi helps clients restore movement, regulate the nervous system, build resilience, and reconnect with their bodies.
